Ian Coach offers a 12-session life coaching programme in which attainable  goals are identified and set, and then worked towards through a series of realistic step-by-step milestones.

You’ll be surprised at just how far reaching your ambitions can be. The Ian Coach programme often helps you rediscover long abandoned dreams and empowers you to make them a reality.

Ian Coach employs the ‘results’ method, and is aimed at re-energising your focus on the person you want to be. During the 12 session programme, help is given in identifying your ‘big goals’, and then a ‘pathway’ of strategies and actions is created to suit your circumstances.

The ‘results’ method is based on five key principles:

  1. Self-directed learning: getting you to answer your own questions
  2. Solutions focus: working on where you want to be and working towards this end
  3. Stretch: you work best when you are challenged and stretched
  4. Positive feedback: the life coach providing positive feedback
  5. Structure: using a structured approach to produce change

Everyone has the power to change, but life coaching accelerates the process, providing focus and stimulation.
